NAACP Lawton Branch Hosts 2026 Freedom Fund Banquet 

Event Details 
The NAACP Lawton Branch will host its Annual Freedom Fund Banquet from 6:30–9 p.m. Saturday, October 17, 2026, at Lawton Country Club, 4601 W. Gore Blvd., Lawton, OK 73505. 

This year’s banquet theme, “We The People,” highlights the ongoing importance of civic engagement, community advocacy, and collective responsibility. Dr. David Harris, Sr., an endocrinologist with St. Francis Health System in Tulsa, Oklahoma, will serve as the keynote speaker. 

The banquet will recognize new members, volunteers, freedom fighters, and activists whose commitment has advanced justice, raised awareness of community concerns, and strengthened voter registration and civic participation efforts. 

Tickets and Sponsorships 
Tickets are $60 in advance or $65 at the door; dinner seating, sponsorships, and program ads are available. 

Reserved tables include eight tickets and ads: $1,000 full page, $750 half page, or $600 quarter page. Program ads: $175 full page, $100 half page, or $75 quarter page. Please make Checks payable to NAACP: P. O. Box 1134, Lawton, OK 73502.
